Car Wash

I remember going to the car wash with my dad when I was little. I was fascinated with the little wheel that pushed the car through as the guy sat inside wiping down the dash and cleaning the windows.

Espresso

My dad died a few years back (Feb 29, 2008, Leap Year Day) he left some things for my sister, brothers and I. One of the things I got was his Rancilio espresso machine. I remember visiting him over the last few years before he died and he would make up some of the best drinks every morning. He enjoyed being in the kitchen and had to have the right tool for every job.

The machine sits on my counter now, I keep it ready for use. I should use it more often. I like the little Segafredo espresso cups because they have the name "Fred" in them. That was my dad's name.
